每年高考的时候，总是会有一些“奇葩”的***发生，让人直呼离谱，今年也一样不例外。
每年高考的时候，热搜几乎都会被高考给霸屏了，并且每年的热搜上都会有一些“XX考生丢/拿错准考生”、“XX考生走错考场”、“XX考生迟到没能进入考场”。
说实话这些事情，每年高考都有发生，大众已经见怪不怪了，而在今年的高考当中发生了一件事情，可以说是颠覆了“传统”，看完之后不禁让人感慨，真的是“林子大了什么鸟都有”。

高考生因为某些原因迟到，导致无法进入考场而错过考试的情况，在每年高考的时候也是经常会有发生，而这些考生迟到的原因大多都是中午午休睡过头了、走错路了、路上出现了一些意外了……
而今年高考有一位考生也是因为中午午休睡过了头而错过了考试，而导致他睡过头的原因，竟然是他在吃午饭的时候喝了酒，结果不胜酒力，在酒店里直接就睡了过去。
考生的家长在考场门口一直等孩子等了好久，结果下午场的考试都已经开考了，还不见孩子的身影，家长只好四处的寻找、打听，最后才知道孩子中午喝了酒，这会人还在酒店里呼呼大睡呢。
于是家长顿时怒火中烧，在考点门口找到了孩子的老师，对老师破口大骂称老师不负责任，大概是在怪罪老师为什么孩子没来考场也不知道找，或者是为什么中午不叫孩子起床。
老师面对家长的蛮横无理的指责，并没有过多的争辩，只是扭头走开了，周围陪考的家长见状，都纷纷指责这位家长不应该埋怨老师。
有在场的家长将这件事情发布在了网络上，也引起了网友们的热议，不少网友都表示，这位家长就是在无理取闹。
自己家孩子自己都管不住，还指望让老师帮着管吗，一个班有那么多的学生，而且还分布在不同的考点，老师一个人能顾得过来吗？家长是干什么的，怎么还有脸去指责老师。
再说了，明知道自己是在高考，孩子中午还要喝酒，而且还能喝醉，很明显这个孩子自己他都没把高考当回事，估计平时的学习成绩也不咋地，就算是让他参加高考，估计也考不了几分。
不过也有网友表示，如果是学校给考生统一安排的酒店，并由老师负责带队的这种情况，午休的时候老师是要负责叫学生起床的，并且也要确定好人数。
如果在这种情况下考生缺考，老师肯定是要负责任的，但如果是考生自己订的酒店，并没有跟学校走，那么老师就不需要负责，但不管怎么说，考生自己的责任还是更大一些的，谁会在高考期间午休的时候喝酒啊。
教育学生家庭教育不能少，老师不应该是“背锅侠”
可能有很多家长都会觉得，只要把孩子送到了学校，孩子的一切就都应该由老师负责，甚至有些家长就连孩子在校外出现了问题，也会把责任都推给老师，觉得是老师没有教育好孩子。
但是家长们要知道的是，想要教育好一个孩子，不能只靠老师，家长的教育也是必不可少的，老师更多的是教授孩子文化方面的知识，而家长则是要教育孩子为人处世的道理。
两种教育应该是相辅相成，缺一不可的，如果少了任何一方面的教育，都不能培养出一个人格健全的孩子。
所以家长们千万不能忽视孩子的家庭教育，老师和家长之间应该相互配合，相互理解，这样才能够为孩子创造一个良好的教育环境，才能有助于孩子健康的成长。
总之，老师并不是一个“背锅侠”，不管孩子出了什么问题，家长都要找老师“兴师问罪”，也要自我反省，看看问题是不是出现在自己的身上。

01 学校有没有责任？分情况。如果学校是统一安排管理，学校就有责任。如果学生是监护人看管，学校就没有责任。
一般情况下，高考都是学校统一管理，每一场考试前学校都要提前集中清点人数。如果学生没到，学校就要负责叫醒学生。
有人说，高考是学生自己的事，自己睡忘了，怎么能加责于学校呢？这个说法是不对的，学校与学生之间相当于契约合同关系。学生在校期间，学校肯定要对学生的生活、学习各个方面进行管理，这是学校的职责。同时，学生也要服从学校管理。学生睡过头并不是不服从管理，而是生理问题。学校必然承担叫醒并问询学生状况的责任。
如果考前学校没有清点学生人数，这就属于学校管理工作做得不细致，就很容易出现漏洞。要是这期间出了安全事故怎么办？高考与安全事故是同一个道理。比如，学生不是睡过头了，而是在房内生病不能起床了，乃至去世了，学校难道没责任？
所以，只要学校安排该学生一起参加高考，学校与该学生之间就符合了契约合同关系。学校必须承担对该学生的管理责任。
02 学校的正确做法学校在高考之前就要制定高考管理方案，相信所有学校都会做这个工作。每个带队老师都有一份。这个方案中就包含有每场考试之前，管理老师要提前多少时间组织学生先***，清点人数，然后一起出发。不可能让学生各自为政，目的就是防止学生出现意外。
如果学生没有到齐，老师就带队走了，这就是明显的管理过失。
所有的带队老师在高考之前，也肯定会给学生讲明各种规则。并且肯定会告诉学生什么时间到什么地方***，然后统一出发。
现在的问题是什么呢？
学生在指定地点***之后，发现某个学生没来，带队老师必须要找到这个学生才行。
如果时间紧，老师可以安排一个或者两个学生带队先走，把注意事项交行清楚。自己必须留下来找学生。并且这时要马上向学校带队的校长汇报情况，派一个老师来协助。
老师不能以时间紧为借口，丢下那个学生不管，这是不允许的。何况老师又不参加高考，参加高考的是学生。学校肯定有预留的应急老师，这必然是预设方案中的。
所以，学生没到，老师带队先走，老师要负责任。
03 本人学校高考经历我们市的高考考点有两个：市一中和市实验初中。
本人所在学校是在一个小镇上。本人作为带队老师也参加过几届高考。期间也有学生睡过了、忘带准考证、临时肚子痛等各种情况，但我们老师都处理得很好，不会让学生出现高考差错。
比如，高考是提前40分钟进场。下午3点考试，2点20就要进场。另外，我们住宿的宾馆到市一中要走约10分钟。所以，来市之前老师就已经给学生讲清楚，下午2点在宾馆门前***点名。老师在下午1点50分就开始吹口哨，然后把自己负责的几个房间挨次去敲门，必须敲开为止。再下去***点名，如果有学生没到，就对照高考名册查询，是哪一个房间的。然后派同室的学生去叫。这样从没出过问题。
学生的准考证是我们老师代为保管的，每次***点名时发放给学生，考试结束后，要在市一中操场***点名，把准考证收起来统一保管，避免学生弄丢。除最后一场不收。如果有学生准考证掉在考场就可以即时回去找。也没出过问题。笔、尺子之类的考试用具是省里安排考场统一发放的，学生不用带。每一场考试结束之后，学生也不能把考试用具带走。
临时肚子痛的，学校都有校医随队，即时治疗止痛。
高考也是学生人生中非常重大的事，学校肯定有责任和义务保证学生的高考不出管理上的问题。这是学校的管理是否精细、是否责任到位的问题。如果学校把每一个环节预设好了，老师有责任心，是不会出问题的。
